SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The confirmation of order is with 25% to 50% advance depending on the product. All the prices are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges within India.

The Logistic partner varies as it depends from where one is buying. Details of logistic partner who will be processing delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s).

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Rising e Commerce Co shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If customer accepts the delivery the company Rising e Commerce Co will not be responsible.

Please notify us immediately on consumer experience helpline on +91-9315325611 or email on info@risingayurved.com mentioning the Order ID before taking the delivery. Post validation, Rising e Commerce Co will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

The Company Rising e Commerce Co will not refund any thing if the customer has open the seal of the product.

If the customer has accepted the delivery of the product and hasn’t open the seal of the products, the company Rising e Commerce Co will take it back within seven days from the date of delivery but will refund after deducting 10% of the product value or Rs.200/-(Two hundred) which ever is higher plus shipping charges of to and fro within fifteen working days.

To avoid the problem our courier person will always call before 3-4 hours of making a delivery attempt. If it happens when no one is present at the address to accept the delivery; then our courier person will leave a miss you card in your post box. Second attempt will be made in the next 48 hours.

We would advise you to use your own credit card while transacting with the website. In case, any credit card fraud happens the liability and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be solely on the user and the order will be cancelled.
